What we collect

Your email address and password (stored hashed by our auth provider). Your training profile: name, goal, experience, schedule, equipment, sex, age, bodyweight, injuries or limits, and optional strength numbers. Training data you log: workouts, sets, plans, notes, and weekly reviews.

How we use it

To build your plans, track progress, and sync your data across devices. We do not sell your data, show ads, or track you across other apps.

AI features and OpenAI

If you allow AI, the app sends your training profile and recent workout history to OpenAI to choose exercises for plans and quick sessions. Your name and email are not sent. OpenAI processes this as our service provider and does not use API data to train its models. If you do not allow AI, plans are built on your device from the exercise catalog. You can turn AI on or off in Settings. AI requests have a daily and monthly limit per account.

AI request logs

We keep a copy of each AI request and response linked to your account so we can fix bad plans and improve quality. These logs are deleted when you delete your account.

Crash reports

When the app crashes or hits an error, it sends a technical report to Sentry: the error, the app version, and the device model and OS. Reports do not include your email, name, or training data.

Reminders

Training reminders are scheduled on your phone. Nothing about them is sent to our servers.

Storage and security

Data is stored with Supabase (PostgreSQL) with row-level security, so only your account can read your rows. The app also keeps a local copy on your device for offline use.

Your choices

You can edit your profile, export your workouts as CSV, delete single workouts, turn AI off, and delete your entire account from Settings. Deleting your account removes your login and all synced data, including AI logs. See how to delete your account.
