I didn't get the confirmation email

Check your spam folder, then wait a few minutes. If it still hasn't arrived, email us from the address you signed up with.

I forgot my password

On the sign-in screen tap Forgot password, or use Settings → Reset password while signed in. The email link opens the app.

Can I use Ursen without AI?

Yes. Turn off Settings → AI exercise picks. Plans are then built on your phone from the exercise catalog, and nothing is sent to OpenAI.

Why did my plan say an AI limit was reached?

Each account has a daily and a monthly number of AI plans. When you reach it, Ursen still builds your week from the exercise catalog, and AI is available again the next day or month.

Switching between kg and lbs

Settings → Units. Your history converts on screen; nothing you logged is changed.
